CL Marine Limited acquired Caribbean Dockyard & Engineering Services Limited (CDESL) and its group of Companies in July 2006. The Facility has been in existence for over 100 years and includes a Panamax Floating Dock and two deep water Berths.

CL Marine Limited is providing full support services with skilled work force of an average 150 full time employees with experience of steel construction and machinery. This has allowed them to successfully, complete over 750 projects.
